I personally don’t mind soft reheated pizza, but this is still pretty cool. Anyone who considers themselves a major fan of pizza should watch the above; at the very least you can impress your friends. How is this nerd-related? You could argue it isn’t, but I say show me a nerd and I’ll show you a pizza connoisseur.
P.S. the line “let me grab a fork here, no not to eat it with: I’m not a Communist.” got a laugh out of me. Well done.

And now for something entirely un-creepy to wash the taste of that disturbing Flareon cosplay out of your mouth, here’s a Christmas special that needs to happen: the mashing up of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and The Empire Strikes Back. Hit the jump to see the full piece.
Hey kids, who wants to lose some sleep tonight? I’m sure many of you remember Flareon, one of the original three Eevee evolutions in the Pokemon series, and have fond memories of its adorable and cuddly nature. Well, as it turns out, that adorableness really doesn’t translate well as a cosplay choice, as evidenced by this insanely creepy Flareon costume. Check it out after the jump.
Fan art is usually hit or miss. There’s stuff that looks nice but isn’t exactly ground-breaking, usually just copying an existing piece. Then there’s stuff that actually shows a bit of creativity and comes out simply stunning. One such example is this gallery by S. Strand on deviantART, which features the characters of the Assassin’s Creed series done in art noveau style (which, honestly, is a no brainer. It fits the tone of the series just so damn well). Hit the jump to see the pieces.
I’m fully aware the news about The Legend of Zelda HD and the Wii U tech demo showcasing said title were a major part of this year’s E3, but I for some reason never reported on it. That being said, the release of Skyward Sword (which is phenomenal) has me back into Zelda fanboy mode so I’m reporting on it now. Hit the jump to check out the glorious, 1080p future of The Legend of Zelda in action on video as well as the first 1920 x 1080 screenshot from it.
This weekend, Empire Magazine released a new issue doing a big spread on the upcoming sequel to The Dark Knight, The Dark Knight Rises. Obviously, seeing as how this is one of the most anticipated movies of next year, there’s some exciting stuff in it. Hit the jump to see four new interesting photos and hear some comments from Nolan.
