One New Poster and One Awesome Magazine Cover For ‘Godzilla,’ Plus Hear the Roar!

February 24, 2014 Leave a comment

It’s a good time to be a Godzilla fan. This year the King of the Monsters is finally returning to the big screen after the atrocious Godzilla back in 1998 sent everyone’s favorite giant lizard into a production coma, and based on everything we’ve seen so far (seriously, how freaking amazing was that first trailer?) from Gareth Edward’s reboot it looks like old scale-back’s in good hands. We’ve got a new poster for the film now that shows a bit more of Godzilla himself, a cover for Empire Magazine that shows him in all his glory, audio released of the roar, and I’ve also reattached the first trailer just because we never shared it here. Hit the jump to check it out.

‘FINAL FANTASY XV’ Gets a New Trailer For Sony’s Japanese PS4 Launch

February 8, 2014 Leave a comment

It’s really a shame FINAL FANTASY XV had to be announced so early. I know it was technically announced extremely late, as it’s been in development for almost a decade as FINAL FANTASY Versus XIII, but when you make as large of a splash as the title did last year when there’s still so much time to go in development things are going to get rough. As a result, fans have been clamoring for any and all bits of new media or news to fuel their beliefs that we could get the game either late this year or next year and frankly, the news has been a little dry. But now, to celebrate the PS4’s launch in Japan, there is a new trailer out for FINAL FANTASY XV and it looks utterly splendid. Hit the jump to check it out.

I have to admit when I first heard that The Hobbit was in development I was semi-excited, but not really looking forward to it. Even the first trailer was good, but not something to lose your mind over.

Then came this second trailer, which actually shows almost all brand-new content. Consider me excited once more. Hit the jump to check it out.

‘Daffy Duck the Wizard’ Music Video Proves That Daffy is a Total Dork

When I first heard about the new Looney Tunes series that was being started up, marketed as the same familiar spirit of the past with the animation of today, I was hesitant and pretty much wrote it off as bad before watching a single episode. After seeing this clip, I have to admit I may have been wrong. This Merrie Melody, which is embedded after the jump, shows a day in the life of Daffy Duck and his wizardly ways, backed by a perfect parody of a geeky power metal ballad. Check it out below.
