Earlier, if you recall, we posted a video of the gameplay shown at Gamescom 2012 for FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn. It was pretty awesome, albeit at an angle and off a cell phone camera. Brand New, Absolutely Gorgeous Screenshots From ‘FINAL FANTASY XIV Version 2.0’ Surface at E3

I have to admit, I was a little disappointed when Square scrapped their plans to show off a brand new trailer for FINAL FANTASY XIV Version 2.0 at this year’s E3. Especially because the trailer was, um, finished and I don’t buy their excuse of wanting a flood of new information rather than a trickle. While it may not be a trailer, Square did drop a ton of concept art and new screenshots for the title this year, and I am a very excited man. Hit the jump to check it out.

Square Enix Releases Details on ‘FINAL FANTASY XIV’s Upcoming Garuda Primal Fight
